One of the things that I absolutely love about my consulting job as a show writer for Disneyland Paris is the fact that no two days are ever alike. I always have several different writing projects going on simultaneously. Often they are projects that I never would have imagined might need a script, like a parade, for example. Who would have thought that for every Disney parade, someone sits down and writes the story that is being told by every float, every character?
The most exciting project that I've been working on recently is the press event coming up next week-end. In case any of you have missed it in the media, Alber Elbaz (of the house of Lanvin) has designed a new haute couture dress for Minnie. All I can say for now is that the dress will be part of the kick-off for the launch of Disney's Extended 20th Anniversary celebration.
